Rebecca Zhu's role in the 40 episode long anniversary series was initially given to Fala Chen, but due to her health condition, Rebecca replaced Fala. She has screen time from beginning to end and gets entangled in a love triangle with Kenneth and Ron. In the series, Rebecca first had a kiss scene with Kenneth and then with Ron. However, the two Siu Sangs kiss differently.
She expressed the two actors each have their own way of kissing, she expressed: "Kenneth will communicate with me in advance and ask if I had any problems with kissing on the lips. Ron really attracts rumors, he had been rumored with almost all of his female co-stars. When asked if she's worried she'll get rumors with Ron too? She said: "Nope.
