Andy Lau names soon-to-born daughter

All is in place for the arrival of Heavenly King Andy Lau's first child.

Andy and his wife Carol Chu are expecting a baby girl in June.

While Andy is still completing his current projects, he has made sure that arrangements are put in place. Forty-six-year-old Carol, who will undergo a Caesarean section, will deliver her child at Hong Kong's Sanatorium Hospital, which has many secret passages, to escape the prying eye of the paparazzi.

Andy had also purchased an apartment in an upscale area in Malaysia for Carol, so that she can rest in peace during her confinement period. He also hoped that his wife and daughter will stay in the country permanently.

The singer had chosen an apartment unit at the highest floor, so that Carol could enjoy the beautiful scenery and remain optimistic. Staying at a high floor would mean that the couple could avoid the paparazzi and have more privacy.
It was also said that the anxious dad-to-be had already named his daughter. Initially, Andy wanted to give his daughter a Chinese name, which contained the element of water. However, he settled with 'Lau Wan Xin', after getting advice from a monk.
