Mandy Wong innocently gets drawn into the 'artist sexual assault case'

On Monday at midnight, a 23 year old female artist was sexually assault at a Tsim Sha Tsui recording studio, where celebrities frequently hang out. Because of the female victim's privacy, the only information available is a description of the victims' characteristics and her identity has not been made public. Everyone is now speculating on who this female artist may be.

Aside from the public targeting 23 year old female artists, 29 year old TVB actress Mandy Wong has been one of the suspects. In the past several days, Mandy has been busy shooting series, yesterday she said over a phone interview: "Of course it's not me! That night, I was shooting overnight for A Chip off the Old Block II with Him Law. After work, I was exhausted and went straight home to sleep. Also, I don't know that person and I never been to the so-called recording studio." Mandy frankly expressed TVB has tried to get an understanding of the issue and there has also been many friends calling to ask if she's ok. Unfortunately she has been too busy with work and was unable to answer the calls. Her friends were extremely worried about her.

25 year old Cilla Kung, revealed yesterday that she has received many phone calls: "I have never participated in a beauty contest, and I won't go out to a recording studio in the middle of the night to chat with someone!" 20 year old model Sarah Chan expressed: "I don't work for TVB. Where if the case is true or not, both sides are responsible. Going to meet the opposite sex at their place at such a late hour, must be very careful."
